Joanne

Little stars caters for children from birth to 5 years.
We open Monday to Friday from 6.45am to 6.00pm (51 weeks of the year).
Our nursery operates an open door policy whereby NO appointment is necessary,
but if you would
like to view the nursery please avoid between the hours of 11:30am
and 2:00pm.
It is our aim to create and maintain a loving and safe environment for all the
children were they can
develop both socially and educationally to their full
potential.

Little stars day nursery
was established in October 2003, by the present proprietor, Miss
Joanne Farnworth. After 10 years of
working in a private day nursery for which she managed for 5 years,
she decided to set up her own. Joanne also manages the nursery on a
daily basis and has a fantastic team of staff who are all professionally
trained in childcare, and are all first aid
qualified and have up to date statutory CRBS.
The management team consists of A deputy manger – Mrs
Nicola Boreham An assistant deputy manager – Miss
Louise Lawson Team
leaders- Mrs Angela Pearson and Miss
Karen Simmons. We also have
7 full time nursery nurses and 1 part time cook. High quality childcare
is a crucial step towards ensuring that all children arrive at school
ready to learn, which we feel little star’s can meet.
